Michael Conroy
President
Michael Conroy enjoys helping business owners successfully navigate exits and transitions. With a background as a Turnaround Specialist and contract CEO, he brings hands-on experience to each deal. A Marine Corps veteran with an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Michael offers practical solutions tailored to each client. Outside of work, he’s passionate about mentoring veterans and entrepreneurs, spending time with his family on the boat, mountain biking or anything outdoors.
Ryan Emerson
IT Specialist
Ryan Emerson manages network infrastructure, M&A research, and database systems for the Fidelis Advisors team, where he built a national buyer database that drives marketing and insights. In 2021, he founded Warrior Tech MN to support Veteran Service Organizations and volunteers with the Minnesota Military Family Foundation. Ryan holds an A.A.S. in IT from Dunwoody Institute, enjoys golfing and outdoor adventures with his wife and dog.
