Dr. David Eckart retained Fidelis Advisors to assist in valuing the practice, finding the ideal transition partner, negotiating with multiple buyers, and structuring a transaction as a sell-side advisor. After meeting with several strategic buyers, Dr. Eckart chose to hand over his legacy to RiverRock Dental.
